The ideal place, the perfect moment. Thanks Yon González, the person who indirectly has accompanied me on my first projects in the world of fashion.
Our friendship began at the gala awards ceremony of a magazine. When we were all sitting and waiting, I realized that I had a tall, bearded man sitting next to me. I'm not going to lie: I confess I was a bit nervous. I did not know what to say to him and went into a kind of panic (he is intimidatingly handsome).
Throughout the ceremony he told me what he thought of it, and I couldn’t say a word. Despite my nervousness, I confess that being at his side was not entirely unpleasant.
And, of course, I took the opportunity to take a picture and, incidentally, one with Pablo Motos.
Yes, this was our first meeting. A few weeks passed and I got a call to do a photo shoot for Fuera de Serie, and was surprised that my partner was going to be my companion at the awards, Yon González.
The day of the photoshoot, which was my first, I was very nervous. I should note enough so that when Yon saw me, he took me to the hotel bar where we would do the session, and gave me a talk of encouragement. After a half an hour of listening, we decided that the most effective way to get rid of my jitters was to drink mojitos. And even if it did not appear so, it worked.
With much more confidence, I took the opportunity to visit the set of his series Bajo Sospecha. I have to say that I laughed seeing him acting so seriously, because he is so completely the opposite. Then I took a walk around to seek adventuress on the set.
And I took the opportunity to have a little fun.
In January I went to another awards ceremony dressed in Tot-Hom.
And, of course, I had to find my award companion. Who, by chance, sat beside me at my table.
A friendship that came about in a curious way at the perfect moment!
